Refund policy
At Elohim Apparel, every product is made especially for you the moment you place your order. We want you to love your purchase, so please read this policy carefully before ordering.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
📸 Proof: Email us at support@elohimapparel.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
✅ If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost, or process a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
3. Address Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.
4. Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if needed.

⚠️ Important: Please do not return any products without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused or donated to charity after 30 days.
📦 Unclaimed orders are returned to our fulfilment facility and donated to charity after 30 days.
6. Colour Variations
Slight differences between colours on your screen and the printed product can occur due to screen calibration. These small variations are not considered defects.
7. Items We Cannot Accept for Return

These restrictions comply with UK & EU consumer law.
8. Our Goodwill Promise
We’re a faith-driven brand and want you to feel blessed by your purchase. If you’re unhappy for any reason outside the above policy, reach out to us. While we can’t guarantee a replacement in all cases, we’ll do what we can to find a fair and kind solution.
9. UK Consumer Rights
If your product is faulty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a replacement, repair, or refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
